How to build source?

I need to build the source against an older version of CookComputing.XmlRpcV2.dll ( for Umbraco.

I have downloaded the source but do not find a build file or the csc command required.

How do I build the source?

First, you should be able to just swap out the  2.5 version of the CookComputing.XmlRpcV2.dll and replace it with and I believe all will be OK - no recompile needed.
I could be wrong on that, but I tried it on a couple methods and they seemed to work OK -  XmlRpcV2 is referenced by the PerceptiveMCAPI.dll, not compiled-in -- and I don't use any special features of XmlRpcV2, so being pretty generic I suspect that all will work.

Secondly, if you need to rebuild the PerceptiveMCAPI.dll for any reason, use Visual Studio to create a class library project, pull in the source and build from there.
Instructions, although admittedly quite terse, are in the documentation - page 6.
